The company VILTEDA was incorporated in 1991.

VILTEDA is a member of Lithuanian National Forwarders Association LINEKA, a member of Lithuanian National Road Carriers Association LINAVA, as well as a member of the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts. VILTEDA is one of the founders and a member of Association EWTC.
